On November 11, 2013, it was announced that Charlotte Maltby would be playing the role of Cosette, a role she had previously played at the MUNY.  However, on February 12, 2014 it was reported that she had been replaced by Samantha Hill, who had played the role in Toronto.  The reason was not given.
