Trivia & History
Originally announced on June 26, 2002 to star Jenna Elfman with a Spring 2003 opening. On October 20, 2002, it was reported that Marisa Tomei had replaced Elfman and that the production would open on August 17, 2003. Director Walter Bobbie departed during February of 2003 because the creative team could not be decided upon. The production then decided to workshop and try again for a January 2004 opening.
