A run at the Auditorium in Denver, Colorado had been scheduled for December 21-24, 1960. It was canceled to give replacement leads Stephen Douglass and Gretchen Wyler rehearsal time.
After the run at the O’Keefe Center in Toronto (January 16-28, 1961), the tour was supposed to move on to Detroit and then to an open-ended run in Chicago, but business had been poor with Douglass and Wyler, and the tour shut down at the end of the Toronto run.
