Three matineses at 4 p.m. were presented as part of the Equity Library Theatre Informals series at the Library for the Performing Arts at Lincoln Center.
The name of the space in which it was performed changed around this time from either the Performing Arts Library Auditorium or as the auditorium at the Museum and Library of the Performing Arts, and the space may have been referred to generally as simply the auditorium in the Performing Arts Library*, to the Bruno Walter Auditorium. The best information we have says that the name change occurred in mid-Febrary 1978, after this run was over. Little was written about the production at the time, we have not been able to find a program, and it was not listed in either The Best of Plays of 1977-1978 or in Theatre World for the season, with the result that we can find no listing of the name of the space at that time. It is possible that the name change occurred a bit earlier than the sole press mention we can find of when it occurred, and so it may be that the auditorium's name had already changed to The Bruno Walter Auditorium.
