• Broadway production cancelled due to money dispute. Berlin had a 5% royalty. Krasna was owed a 4% royalty, also wanted to invest by buying a 25% percent piece on a dollar for dollar basis. That would have allowed Krasna a 100% percent return instead of the customary 50% that other investors received with the other 50% going to the producers, eating into R&H's piece of the profits.
