• We have been unable to determine the numbers used in 'Winnie's Audition'. 'Flight of the Bumble Bee' and an instrumental of 'High Up in Harlem' were used in the 1985 ELT revival. The 'William Tell Overture' was used on a reconstruction on the radio.
• For 'Audition by Alvin's Orchestra', 'Liebestraum' and 'Swing Low, Sweet Chariot' were used in the original production. It is possible that 'All the Things You Are' was used, since it is included on one recording.
