Trivia & History
Some of this recording was made in the late 1990s following Melissa Errico's triumphant turn as Venus in the Encores! concert, but other sections were not recorded till recently (perhaps with performers singing to already recorded orchestral tracks that had been laid down in the late 1990s). It was announced for release in 2012 but release has now been postponed till late 2013.
