Trivia & History
Although not issued on RCA but rather on the new label Calendar, RCA manufactured and distributed the recording, and the design of the back of the LP jacket looked typically RCA. The recording was produced by RCA's Andy Wiswell and the engineer was Bob Simpson, who worked on RCA cast recordings. It was recorded in Webster Hall, one of RCA's two regular recording venues for cast albums (the other being the ballroom of the St. George Hotel in Brooklyn).
