After the list of musical numbers, it was noted in the playbill that the following songs were heard in "The Audition" (in Act I, Scene 5) and "The Act" (in Act II, Scene 5), with the writers of the songs listed in parentheses after the titles:
- "Sing, You Sinners" (Sam Coslow, W. Frank Harling)
- "Daddy, Uncle and Me" (Sid Culler)
- "Because of You" (Arthur Hammerstein)
- "That Old Black Magic" (Harold Arlen, Johnny Mercer)
- "Birth of the Blues" (Buddy DeSylva, Lew Brown, Ray Henderson)
- "It's All Right With Me" (Cole Porter)
It was then noted that in Act II, Scene 5, these two songs were also heard:
- "Dearest" (Benny Davis, Harry Akst)
- "Liza" (George and Ira Gershwin, Gus Kahn)
After Pat Marshall left the show and was replaced by Kay Medford, the song "Miami," originally performed by Marshall and the ensemble, was given to Chita Rivera, playing Rita Romano, and the ensemble.
