Bob Martin needs money in order to put on musical show that is to star his sweetheart, Polly. His wealthy uncle, Mr. Hemingway, must be convinced that Bob has a wife and child before he will advance Bob a loan. Tilly, the maid, serves as wife, and the janitor's infant serves as progeny.
