Originally set to open in New York on October 4, but the opening was delayed due to out of town troubles. Another tryout run (in Brooklyn) was added and the opening pushed by several days.
During the added Brooklyn run, Albertina Rasch was called in to supervise the choreography.
Top ticket price in New York was $3 for evening performances and $2 for matinees.
